Your child’s roster is ready to view: Click here for class rosters. We invested a lot of time in thought and prayer about placing each child in his or her class, and together, we look forward to all of the wonderful memories that will be made in the coming year!
Lunch Ordering is Open!
We are pleased to continue to offer a kid-friendly lunch menu with options from favorite restaurants, beginning the first day of school on Wednesday, August 9. Lower School parents will continue to use Boonli, a system to select student menu items and purchase lunches.

The deadline for parents to order their child’s lunch for the week of August 9-11 will be Sunday, August 6 at 11:59 p.m. The deadline for parents to order their child’s lunch on an ongoing basis is Thursday night at 11:59 p.m. In keeping with this timeline, for example, the deadline for parents to order their child’s lunch for the week of August 14 is Thursday, August 10 at 11:59 p.m.
Eagles Nest Before & After Care Program
If your child needs to stay after school every day, several days or occasionally, you must register for Eagles Nest in advance at this link. Before care begins at 7:00 a.m., and every day is free of charge with no advanced registration required. All students who need Before Care between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., should enter the school at the main entrance regardless of age or grade. If you haven’t already, we ask that every family please download the ECS Eagles app from the App Store/Google Play. This will be essential in staying connected to ECS information and alerts this year. Please note we have a new feature temporarily on the menu wheel: a Back-to-School button. It contains all back-to-school emails in one place!
Carpool
Regular carpool drop-off and pick-up will begin on the first day of school, Wednesday, August 9, and only parents of Early Childhood students can walk their child into school that day. Please see the carpool map attached with times and drop-off and pick-up points. Younger siblings should defer to the older student’s carpool time and place. School begins promptly at 8:15 a.m. for SK-3rd grades and at 8:45 a.m., for Little Eagles – Junior Kindergarten.
Parents, please complete all school forms under the Early Childhood/Lower Elementary drop-down menu by the first day of school. (Note school forms are digital this year.) Please also bring in school supplies at Orientation on August 8 or on the first day of school, August 9, if you did not order them through the school in advance. If you did order 1st - 3rd grade prepackaged supply boxes, you may pick them up on Orientation Day. LE through SK supply boxes will have already been distributed to those classrooms. First-3rd grade students will need to complete their summer assignments by the first day of school. You may find all of this and more, including school uniform information, on the Parents page of the website.
