EarlyChildhood Camp Eagle (PK-SK)

Campers will participate in fun-themed activities, academic enrichment, arts and crafts, and MORE in a Christ-centered environment. While each week holds a different theme of fun, EVERY week encourages campers to seek after Christ, our Treasure!

Camp Eagle (2nd-6th)

Some weeks are sports camps while other weeks are themed-specific. For sports camp, campers will participate in a variety of sports and games, indoor and outdoor, throughout the week highlighted by some camp favorites: basketball, dodgeball, kickball and soccer. Other weeks will give campers the opportunity to participate in fun-themed activities built around teamwork and exerting lots of ENERGY! Every week encourages campers to seek after Christ, our Treasure!

2nd-6th Field Trips

Add-ons:

For an additional field trip fee, campers will enjoy a trip to the following throughout the summer. Each field trip can be selected under the camp associated with the dates.

• June 15-19: Putt-Putt ($25)
• June 29-July 3: Ninja Gym ($20)
• July 13-17: High Point Rock Climbing ($25)

Lunch

Campers attending Camp Eagle or both a morning and an afternoon camp, must pack a lunch and plan to eat on campus. The lunch period is supervised by summer program staff. Lunch is not provided by ECS.

Note: Pizza on Tuesdays may be purchased when registering online for camp.

Camp Eagle One-time registration fee: $25 (Please note that this is a non-refundable fee.)

Can non-ECS students participate in camp?

Yes. All camps are open to the public. Nest Prep and Jumpstart camps (July 21-24) are the only exceptions. These camps are for campers admitted to ECS for the 2025-2026 school year. For Camp Eagle, campers must be between rising PK (age 3 by June 1 and fully potty-trained) and rising 6th grade.

What are the rising grade ages for Kindergarten?

♦ Rising PK: age 3 by June 1
♦ Rising JK: age 4 by June 1
♦ Rising SK: age 5 by June 1

When does Summer Camp begin & end?

Camp Eagle will be offered the weeks of June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, and July 6, 13, 20, and 27. We will be closed Friday, July 3 in honor of Independence Day.

We also offer half-day athletic, academic, and art camps during those weeks. Morning camps run from 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. unless otherwise noted; afternoon camps run from 12:30 p.m.-3:00 p.m. unless otherwise stated.

When is payment due?

The full camp payment is due one week before camp begins.

Is Before/After Care offered?

Before Care is available from 7:30-9:00 a.m. and after care is available 3:15-6:00 p.m. at an additional charge. 

Is lunch provided?

Can a student attending morning/afternoon camp join Camp Eagle for a half day?

Yes. You will see this option upon registering. Campers can also register for before/after care as needed.

What is the camp dress code?

1. Wear athletic clothes with tennis shoes (no inappropriate language/logos).

2. Bring a (labeled) reusable water bottle.

3. Apply sunscreen before arriving.

4. Bring a snack (or they can purchase a snack at our Camp Eagle store for $1).

5. Send a packed lunch; reusable tupperware is allowed. 

6. For PK-SK, bring a Happi Nappi for rest time, and/or blanket and lovie. 

7. PK-SK should also bring an extra change of clothes, underwear, and pull-ups for rest time.

What are the Drop-Off/Pick-Up Procedures?

All drop-offs and pick-ups will be made at the Early Childhood entrance (first door on the north, front side of the building). Please pull in the parking lot from Wolf River Blvd. and circle to the front of the Lower School building. You will exit turning right onto Forest Hill-Irene Rd. We will have a carpool from 8:45 -9:05 a.m. and 2:45-3:15 p.m. Students will only be released to those authorized individuals who have been listed in the ultracamp registration. If you need to pick up a child early or someone else other than the authorized individuals listed is going to pick up a camper, please email Tommy Evans, ECS Summer Camp Director.

Students should be picked up no later than at the prescribed time (3:15 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.). Parents will be charged a late fee of $15 for the first 15-minute increment after their pickup (3:15 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.). After 6:15 p.m., an additional $2.00 per minute late fee will be charged.
