PARENT TEACHER FELLOWSHIP
Sometimes known as PTA or PTO at other schools, the ECS parent organization is called PTF for Parent Teacher Fellowship. PTF is designed to support our students, teachers, staff, administration, and other families within the community.
Parents have the opportunity as a part of PTF to serve teachers and staff throughout the year with classroom start-up money, meals, special treats, Teacher Appreciation weeks, and weekly prayer. Our High School and Middle School students are offered community building through various activities such as Dog Days, dances, and dodge ball tournaments. Lower School Eagles enjoy special occasions such as pastries with parents, popsicles with parents, the annual Daddy Daughter Dance, Mother-Son Date Night, and the Christmas shop. Classroom activities and parties are supported as well.
We are proud of the strong sense of community experienced at ECS! Participating in PTF builds upon partnerships between the school and families. Even if your schedule is busy, supporting ECS by prayer provides a most vital link to our fellowship.
Information regarding PTF is communicated during several general meetings each year, through grade parents to their classes, and on this PTF page of the ECS website. If you would like to get involved, reach out to any committee chairman or watch for emails that offer the chance to sign up for functions.
