GRANDPARENTS DAY AT ECS LOWER SCHOOL

  • 1st - 3rd Grade Program at 9 a.m. & 12 p.m. (You will be registered for one of the two performance times.)

  • Little Eagles - Senior Kindergarten visits at 10:30 a.m. 

*Due to limited space, parking at ECS Lower School will be for those with handicap tags only.  All regular parking will be at Grace Evangelical Church located at 9750 Wolf River Boulevard, Germantown, TN 38139.  Senior-friendly shuttles will transport visitors to and from the ECS Lower School campus. Thanks for your cooperation. 


 

Lower School Grandparents Day FAQ's

  • How do I sign up? 
    Click on this registration link which was also sent to the ECS Eagles app grade groups and Seesaw for parents to register all parents and grandparents planning on attending.  Seats cannot be reserved through email or word of mouth.

     
  • What do I sign up for?
    If you have a student that is in 1st - 3rd grades, you will select one of two shows to attend; either the 9 a.m. performance or the 12 p.m. performance (500 person capacity per show). If you have a student that is in grades Little Eagle - SK, you will sign up to attend their classroom visits starting at 10:30 a.m.

     
  • Where will I park?
    The Lower School campus parking lot will only be available for attendees that have a handicap parking tag, until capacity is met. All other attendees will park at Grace Evangelical Church, approximately 1 mile east of the Lower School campus. We will have "senior friendly" buses to shuttle you to the Lower School as well as golf carts to help you get from your parking spot to the shuttle stop. You are also welcome to pull into the Lower School parking lot to drop off attendees prior to parking at Grace Evangelical Church.  Please enter from the Wolf River entrance only.

     
  • What if my Early Childhood student only attends Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday?
    They will be welcome to come on this Monday and dismiss at 11 a.m.
     
  • What if my child does not have any grandparents that are able to attend? 
    Students are welcome to invite any special adult in their life that would enjoy attending. We will also provide a recording of the 1st - 3rd grade performance via YouTube link for any out-of-town guests that are unable to attend. 

     
  • Can my student leave after their performance/classroom visit? 
    If your student is in 1st - 3rd grades, they will need to stay through our 12 p.m. performance. This is a normal school day and students are welcome to stay until regular dismissal.
