Recently Stephanie Klug took her AP Biology and Anatomy students on a unique field trip.
AP Biology and Anatomy students visited the Union University Pharmacy School where 2010 ECS alum Stephen Hauss led a tour and provided some wonderful hands on experiences. The group started by learning about the Pharmacy School and meeting the Dean. Then they toured the University's research labs, plasticity lab (one of only 8 in the country), hospital simulator (looks like a real hospital with talking, responsive "robot" patients), OTC consult lab, compounding lab, and gross anatomy lab (students got to touch and learn from a real cadaver). According to teacher Stephanie Klug, "We were not allowed any pictures in the gross anatomy lab or the hospital simulator so you will just have to take my work that they were amazing!"
