Ben Burgess will be serving as the Director of Teaching and Instruction and Faculty Recruitment beginning this summer. According to Head of School Braxton Brady, "...one of my main goals in ensuring academic excellence is to create alignment of our curriculum throughout departments and grades. As I have gotten to know Ben over the past year, it has become clear that his passion and gifting is in improving our curriculum and teaching methods to better reflect the 21st century classroom. Another aspect of his new role will be to recruit mission-fit faculty members who seek academic excellence and have a heart for discipling our students.
